The Governor H.E Susan Kihika has forwarded a list of 10 names to the Nakuru County Assembly for approval as County Executive Committee members in the County Government of Nakuru.

This comes few days after the Labour relations court quashed the nomination of County Executive Committee members the governor had forwarded earlier on on the grounds that it didn’t meet regional balance as Nakuru is a cosmopolitan County.
On Monday night, Governor Susan Kihika met all the 75 Members of Nakuru county assembly, a move aimed at ending the Cabinet ministers crisis
“Have had a great deliberative evening with all the 75 MCAs of Nakuru County Assembly and extensively discussed matters development and how to move Nakuru County forward without leaving anyone behind. We are solid and focused on service delivery for our people “, Governor Susan Kihika said.
The new names are as follows;
1. Water, Environment, Climate Change and Energy
Dr.Nelson Tanui Maara
2. Health Services
Jacqueline Mong’ina Osoro
3. Trade, culture, and Tourism
Hon. Stephen Kuria Muiruri
4. Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development
Hon John Kihagi
5. Agriculture, Fisheries and Cooperatives
Leonard Kipkoech Bor
6. Public Service Management, Training and Devolution
Roselyn Wanjira Mungai
7. Sports, Gender and social Services
Josephine Atieno Achieng
8. Education, Youth and ICT
