Omwando’s husband died several years ago, and she has been struggling to raise her children on her own.
She is a single mother, and she works as a casual laborer. She earns very little money, and she cannot afford to provide for her children’s basic needs.
The story of Omwando and her children was featured on Minto FM, a local radio station.
