The County Attorney shall be responsible for advice to the County Government of Mombasa on conformity to constitutional stipulations, providing technical advice and process support on all issues regarding the Kenyan constitution, legislative and assembly affairs.

The County Attorney will also operate as counsel to the County Government of Mombasa and advise on all legal aspects and the legality of decisions as appropriate.
