ISAH G: Have Been Working On The Dream EP Project During The Covid-19 Period

Isah G Exclusive Interview With Gusii Digital News about his music journey.

The YOU hit maker revealed that he has been in the music industry for 4 years.

On His Career

I am Isaboke Geoffrey a.k.a Isah G. I have been in the music industry for a while but officially did my first video “Rosa” with my brother (Swaggiste) in 2018. Later in 2019, we did another song “La La La” after which we embarked on solo projects.

On Dream EP Project 

” Dreams” is an EP that l have been working on from the Corona period. It has 5 songs; 2 songs have featured Swaggiste Versatyle and 1 song has featured Willie Oeba. The songs were produced by Mk on the Beat and Bear Beatz from Tz and were mixed and mastered by Ricco Beatz Mr. 808.

I chose “Dreams” because as Isah G l have big dreams that l wish to achieve, this EP being one of them. I not only dream of becoming a big artist in Kenya but also in East Africa and Africa in general.

In the five songs, l have shown my great abilities both vocally and lyrically. I have expressed myself differently in each song using English and Swahili. The featured artists also delivered greatly.

In the first song in “Freedom“, Swaggiste Versatyle delivered well in the 2nd verse. It’s just a feel-good song and is all about the freedom that everyone at times needs especially when one wants to just go somewhere quiet, listen to good music and relax.

Swaggiste also delivered well in the chorus of the 3rd song “My Baby“. In verse two, Willie Oeba, The king of Spoken Word in East Africa, did justice as well.
