How to register for T-Pay, login, and download payslip on TSC T-Pay Portal?
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is responsible for the recruitment of teachers across the country.
As the world becomes increasingly digitized, the commission has shifted from paper-based to online services.
Some of the online services offered by the TSC include teacher registration, online payslip applications, online wealth declaration forms, pension registration, TMIS, and TPAD.

Newly registered teachers are encouraged to visit the TSC office in their respective county to register for online payslip services.

This service is only available at the county TSC office and is only eligible for teachers who have received their first salary.
After registration, teachers can log in to the system using their TSC number and the password provided during registration.
Accessing payslips from TSC is now easier than ever before. Payslips can be accessed using a mobile phone.
By typing the link https://T-Pay.tsc.go.ke/ into their preferred browser and entering their TSC number/ID number and password, teachers can log in to their payslip T-Pay Portal.
Once logged in, teachers can access their latest payslip, the latest P9, my transactions, and other services.
Using the new T-Pay Portal, teachers can view their payslips, access their P9 forms for KRA return filing, send their payslips to financial institutions such as banks and Saccos, view third-party transactions, and change their T-Pay password.
The new version of the portal is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Teachers can access their latest payslips for the past four months and P9 forms for the past three years by clicking on the respective icons.
It is important for individuals to keep a copy of their payslip. Teachers can download their payslip by clicking on the latest payslip icon and taking a screenshot of their payslip or by clicking on the print icon and printing and saving a copy.
Teachers can access other payslips for previous months by using the ‘search T-Pay menu items’ tab and accessing the payslip of the month they intend to access
