1. Step 1: Log in to your student portal account on the Kisii University website.
2. Step 2: Click on ‘Pay Now’ under ‘Finance’ on the portal dashboard. A pop-up window for the JIUNGE Payment will appear.
3. Step 3: If you haven’t already, click on ‘sign up’ at the bottom right of the large pop-up window and complete signing up.
4. Step 4: Log in to JIUNGE by entering your email address and password that you created during sign up.
5. Step 5: Enter the institution name (Kisii University) to add it to your list.
6. Step 6: Click add to Home Page button. The institution will now be available on the home button tab of the JIUNGE pop up Window
7. Step 7: Click view services to select which service you wish to pay for
8. Step 8: Click ‘Tap & Pay’. Ensure you have enough money in your Bank / Card / Mobile Money account before proceeding.
9. Step 9: Complete transaction and check your email for confirmation receipt.
