Step 1: Login eCitizen and select Business Registration Service (BRS)

Step 2: Select make application

Step 3: Dose “Manual Services

Step 4: Click process Type and choose “Companies and LLP changes”

Step 5: Click Company Type, and choose “Foreign Companies”

Step 6: Key in the “Registration Name and Number” of the entity

Step 7: Under “Companies and LLP Changes” field; choose “Other foreign companies changes” from the drop down

Step 8: Under the field: “Services rendered”, Select “Official Search foreign company” from the drop down

Step 9: Click NEXT and upload the letter requesting the Official Search

Step 10: Click continue to finish the application and pay Kshs. 650
