Hon Musalia Mudavadi on Monday morning was vetted by National Assembly Committee members for the office of Prime Cabinet Secretary.
Hon Musalia mudavadi was given the first priority to appear before the vetting committee in parliament which is chaired by the National Assembly speaker Hon Moses Wetangula. In his opening remarks, hon Musalia Mudavadi defended his nomination as the prime cabinet secretary by asserting that the creation of that post is to streamline service delivery by the new government in place.

Mudavadi set the record straight saying there is no duplication of any kind and there is no conflict between his office and the deputy. The two offices have well-outlined roles and responsibilities. He added that he endeavours to work harmoniously with all cabinet members for effective and efficient service delivery.
