China Square Mall has been trending from Friday on the Internet. This is after Trade CS Moses Kuria issued a statement suggesting to ejecting the business from the country.

Who Owns China Square?
Mr Cheng, also known as Charlie Lei Cheng, is a successful entrepreneur and owner of China Square store in Unicity Mall, located on Thika Road next to Kenyatta University in Kenya.
He is a 37-year-old graduate in International Trade from a South African university.

The store opened its doors on January 29th of this year and quickly drew attention by making sales worth Sh 20 million in the first two weeks alone.

On February 24th, Trade CS Moses Kuria tweeted a controversial post about the new mall in kenya.
Kuria said he has offered Kenyatta University a chance to buy the lease from the mall and hand it over to Nyamakima Traders and Gikomba.
However, Cheng said he is running his business legally.
