China Square Limited Kenya has announced that it will be temporarily closed on Sunday, 26th February 2023.
This decision comes a day after Trade CS Moses Kuria’s outburst regarding the retail and commercial hub’s services.
The closure is aimed at allowing the company to re-evaluate and replan its strategy to better serve its customers and meet their needs.
According to a spokesperson for China Square Limited Kenya, the company is also considering the possibility of collaborating with local traders to enhance its offerings and better integrate with the community.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that our customers will understand our need to take this action,” said the spokesperson.
“Our commitment to providing the highest level of service remains as strong as ever, and we look forward to reopening on Monday, 27th February 2023 with a renewed focus on meeting our customers’ expectations.”
The closure has received mixed reactions from the public, with some expressing disappointment at the inconvenience caused by the closure, while others have commended the company for taking proactive steps to enhance its offerings.
The Trade CS Moses Kuria’s outburst has caused concern among business owners in the area, with many calling for a review of the government’s policies and strategies to support small and medium-sized enterprises.
China Square Limited Kenya’s decision to temporarily close is a bold move aimed at ensuring that it continues to meet the evolving needs of its customers, despite the challenges posed by the current economic climate.
“We appreciate the understanding and support of our customers during this period,” said the spokesperson. “We look forward to welcoming everyone back to China Square Limited Kenya on Monday, 27th February 2023, and offering an even better experience than before.”
