The County Government of Kericho has rolled out one (1) year internship programme for two hundred and ten (210) interns, that is aimed at giving unemployed graduates an opportunity for hands-on training and skill acquisition to enhance future employability.

Consequently, pursuant to the Constitution of Kenya (2010) and the County Government Act No. 17 of 2012, the County Government of Kericho invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the following internship positions: –

CATEGORIES OF INTERNS:

1.  Degree Holders- 104
2.  Diploma Holders-106

REQUIREMENTS:

• A certified academic credentials from a recognized institution
• A certified academic credentials from a recognized institution
• Be unemployed graduate from a recognized institution having graduated within the last three (3) years (2020,2021,2022)
• Have no previous work experience related to the area of study
• Certificate of good conduct

Terms of Service:

The internship will run for one (1) year non-renewable. The interns will be paid a stipend.

Certification:

On successful completion of the internship programme, the interns will be awarded a certificate. There are no benefits attached.
