Taita, Kenya, Jan 28- A bus belonging to Tahmeed Bus Company that was headed to Mombasa from Nairobi burst into flames near Voi town in Taita Taveta County.
According to Police reports, all 42 passengers that were travelling in the bus were evacuated safely.
The County Government of Taifa Fire vehicle arrived at the scene and managed to put off the fire.
Speaking after the incident, Voi Sub-County Police Commander Bernastein Shari stated that no casualties were reported following the incident, which occurred around 4:30 pm.
In 2018 , at least 41 passengers escaped unhurt after a Mombasa-bound Tahmeed bus catched fire in Manyani, Taita Taveta County.
